To help solve a critical labor shortage in the nuclear industry, DZ—a leading nuclear energy solutions provider—launched DZ JobLinX, a branded mobile app designed to attract and retain skilled craft workers. Collaborating closely with the team, I created a logo inspired by the parent brand and designed intuitive UX flows that made job searching and applying fast and frictionless. Every screen was crafted to support DZ’s mission: meeting outage contract demands by connecting top talent with opportunity.
